Terms of Service

This site is operated by Satoris AI LLC (“Satoris,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using satoris.ai, the AI readiness assessment, the Satoris AI Community, or any related service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Satoris provides AI systems engineering and technology consulting — the design, integration, automation, and support of software and AI systems for businesses. This site describes that work, offers a self-serve AI readiness assessment, and lets you book a discovery call. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and terms of any actual engagement are defined separately in a written agreement between you and Satoris.

The assessment produces a directional read built from your own answers. It is a starting point for a conversation — not engineering, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and not a promise of any outcome. Nothing on this site creates a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. No such relationship exists, and nothing we publish here is advice to you, until both parties have signed a written engagement agreement. Decisions you make from the results are your own.

The Satoris AI Community is a members-only forum at community.satoris.ai with an associated Discord server. Membership is billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, currently $49.00 per month. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the Billing section of your community account; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then ends. Payments are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy. We may change the membership price on at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

Membership is currently by invitation. Your community account persists after cancellation so that you can return; only paid access is removed.

Membership provides educational content and a place to discuss it. It is not a services engagement. In particular, membership does not include:

guaranteed response times to questions, messages, or posts;

one-on-one consulting, advice specific to your business, or custom implementation or development;

private projects, task management, deliverables, or implementation credits;

any Satoris-hosted runtime, agent, or infrastructure;

access to any other client’s work or data; or

priority or support reserved for Satoris service clients.

Guides, courses, briefings, and answers in the community are general information. They are not engineering, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and decisions you make from them are your own. Services beyond membership are available under a separate written agreement.

You own what you post in the community. By posting, you grant Satoris a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and adapt your content within the community and in Satoris educational and marketing materials, with attribution where practical. Case studies that name you or your business require your separate written consent. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you post and for not posting another person’s confidential information.

Participation is subject to our Community Guidelines. We may hold posts from new accounts for review, move or remove content, and warn, suspend, or remove members who breach the guidelines. Removal for a breach does not entitle you to a refund of the current month.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site and the assessment for your own evaluation of Satoris. You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

— resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise make the site, the assessment, its reports, or any output available to a third party as a product or service of your own;

— white-label, rebrand, or represent any part of our tools, methods, or content as your own;

— copy, reproduce, or republish our content, or use it to build, train, or improve a competing product, model, or service;

— reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or use automated means to extract the site’s code, assessment logic, or data, except as applicable law expressly permits; or

— use the site unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to transmit malware, or to interfere with its operation or security.

The site and everything in it — text, design, the Satoris name and marks, the assessment framework and its logic, and the methods and know-how behind our work — are owned by Satoris AI LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant you no ownership and no license beyond the limited use above. Any tools, frameworks, or pre-existing materials we use in a paid engagement remain ours; rights to specific deliverables are governed solely by the signed engagement agreement for that work.

Our work and this site involve artificial-intelligence systems. AI-generated output — including assessment results and any material produced with AI tools — can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and may require human review. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it, and for decisions you make based on it. We make no representation that AI output is error-free or fit for any particular use.

By providing your contact information — booking a call, requesting a report, subscribing, or contacting us — you consent to receive communications from us as described in our Privacy Policy, including transactional messages and, where you opt in, marketing email and text messages. You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time as described there.

Booking runs through Satoris Scheduling, our self-hosted scheduling service based on DayOtter. Hosting, calendar, and video-conference functions rely on third-party providers, including Hostinger, Google Calendar, and Google Meet, under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or any site they link to, and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

The site and the assessment are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any result or output will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satoris AI LLC and its owners, members, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or reliance on the assessment or any output, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This is a free, informational site; the cap reflects that. Liability for paid engagements is governed by their own agreements. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satoris AI LLC and its owners, members, and personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any right of another.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the site.
