Privacy Policy

Satoris is an AI systems engineering agency operated by Satoris AI LLC (“Satoris,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information across satoris.ai and our related services. We collect only what the site’s functions require:

Assessment answers. The AI readiness assessment runs on your device. Your answers are held in your browser’s local storage so you can leave and resume, and are encoded into the report link you generate. We run no database and no user accounts — we keep no server-side copy of your answers unless you email a report to yourself or send us a link.

Information you give us. When you email yourself a report, book a call, contact us, or subscribe to updates, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to include.

Automatically collected data. Our host and any analytics or advertising tools we enable may record usage data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and similar technical information — through cookies and comparable technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

We use personal information to:

— provide the assessment, deliver reports you request, schedule and hold calls, and respond to your inquiries;

— operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site and our services;

— with your consent, send you the communications described in the next section; and

— comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Email. We send transactional email you ask for (such as a report you email yourself, or a booking confirmation) without a separate opt-in, because it fulfills your request. We send marketing or promotional email only where you have opted in — by subscribing, requesting it, or otherwise providing your address for that purpose. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; you can opt out at any time, and we honor requests promptly.

Text messages (SMS/MMS). If you provide your mobile number and expressly opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Satoris, which may include appointment reminders, service updates, and — where you have agreed — marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Marketing generally. With your consent we may contact you about our services, offers, and content across email and text, and — as described in our Cookie Policy — may show you relevant advertising. You control these preferences and can withdraw consent at any time by using the opt-out in the message or by writing to contact@satoris.ai.

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function and, where enabled, for analytics and advertising — including measuring campaigns and showing you relevant ads on other platforms (retargeting). Our Cookie Policy lists what is in use, names the browser-storage keys we set, and explains how to control or refuse non-essential cookies, including through your browser and industry opt-out tools.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:

With service providers who act on our behalf and are bound to protect it — including our email delivery provider (Resend), website host and content-delivery provider (Vercel), scheduler host (Hostinger), Google Calendar and Google Meet, and, where enabled, analytics, messaging, and advertising partners.

For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, users, and the public.

In a business transfer — if Satoris is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will note it here.

Some advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” or a “sale” under certain state laws even without payment; see your rights below and our Cookie Policy for how to opt out.

Some functions run through third parties under their own privacy terms: Resend (email), Vercel (website hosting), Hostinger (scheduler hosting), and Google (Google Calendar, Google Meet, and a small Japanese-glyph font request). The booking interface is Satoris Scheduling, a self-hosted service based on DayOtter and operated on infrastructure provisioned for Satoris. Where we enable analytics or advertising, the relevant platforms’ policies also apply. We encourage you to review them.

If you join the Satoris AI Community, we operate a forum at community.satoris.ai on software we host ourselves. It stores your account details (name, username, email address), what you post, your notification preferences, and technical logs such as IP address and login times. You may sign in with Discord; if you do, we receive your Discord user ID and username and nothing else from your Discord account.

Community chat runs on Discord, which is operated by Discord Inc. under its own privacy policy; Satoris does not hold your Discord messages. Transactional email from the community (sign-in links, notifications, receipts) is delivered by Resend. Membership payments are processed by Stripe; Satoris never sees or stores your full card number. Forum backups are encrypted and stored with Cloudflare.

When you cancel, your account and posts remain so that you can return. On request we will anonymise your account (posts stay, your identity is removed) or delete it and your posts entirely. Email community@satoris.ai. The community is offered to United States members at this time.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as law requires, then delete or de-identify it. Assessment answers live in your browser until you clear them; a report you email is transmitted to send that message and is not retained by us as a mailing list. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising.

California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may request access, deletion, and correction, and may opt out of sale/sharing and limit use of sensitive information. We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly process the data of minors for sale. To exercise any right, or to submit a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request, email contact@satoris.ai. We honor recognized browser opt-out preference signals where required, and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

To exercise any right, write to contact@satoris.ai. We will verify and respond as the law requires. You may also clear this site’s browser data at any time to remove your assessment draft and preferences (see the Cookie Policy).

The site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
