Community Guidelines

The guidelines apply to everything posted or said in the Satoris AI Community: the forum, the Discord server, direct messages between members, and live sessions. They are part of the Terms of Service. The same text is pinned inside the community.

1. Be useful. Share what you tried, what worked, what did not, and what it cost. Specifics beat opinions.

2. Protect confidentiality. Never post another business’s private data, client details, credentials, or internal documents. Redact your examples.

3. No solicitation. No cold pitches, affiliate links, or “message me for” posts, in the forum or in Discord. Showcases are for what you built, not what you sell.

4. Put things where they belong. Durable questions and answers go in the forum. Quick back-and-forth goes in Discord. Staff may move posts, and will say so.

5. Label AI output. Treat generated text as a draft, review it before you post it, and say when something was generated.

6. Disagree with the work, not the person. Direct is welcome. Contempt is not.

A new account’s first two posts are held for review before they appear. Breaches are handled in three steps: a warning, then a suspension, then removal from the community. Removal does not refund the current month (see the Refund Policy). Staff actions are logged, and any member may ask why a decision was made. Serious breaches, such as posting another person’s confidential data or harassment, may skip steps.

Use the flag button on any forum post, the report function in Discord, or message the Satoris team from inside the community. Reports are read by a person.

We may update these guidelines. Material changes are announced inside the community before they take effect.
